Finally at the mouth of the “Devil’s Cave” the Agents take a detour into the surrounding woodland, making a curious discovery. After another supply run the agents make one final investigative stop before finally taking the plunge into the cave.

A return to the cave results in a visit to the cave center where an “interesting” local divulges a new and devilish conspiracy about the disappearances. The unwitting friendly Agent Heartly gets deeper as her curiosity keeps her involved.

Our agents continue to the hospital to investigate the effects on those exposed to the horror from the cave. An interesting acquisition is made in preparation for what’s to come. Will the preparations be enough? In Delta Green preparations are never enough….

When identically mutilated corpses begin floating into Marengo, Indiana out of a nearby cave’s watershed the media takes notice. When video footage of one of these corpses beaching itself across a walkway and writhing in death throws across the ground is uploaded to the internet, Agents of the Program are sent to investigate.
